Dear Yoga friends, neighbors!
It is with great sadness we are letting you know that we will be closing WeFit Astoria at the end of August. To our students who have stepped onto their mat with us once, or multiple times, it has truly been a pleasure to share yoga with you. As Dr. Seuss said, “Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened.” We took a chance, gave it our all, and are grateful to have had you with us on this journey!

INSTRUCTORS
Naomi Lorenz

Naomi Lorenz, a 200 hour RYT graduate from Laughing Lotus, 50-hour restorative yoga certificate from Laughing Lotus, and her 85-hour prenatal yoga certificate from the Prenatal Yoga Center NY; has a passion for bringing peace into the lives of those around her. She, when not teaching yoga, is a registered nurse in her “day job.” Another passion of Naomi’s is volunteering, and helping bring yoga into the community. Her personal yoga practice is going strong for over 15 years, this passion continued through volunteering and assisting yoga classes for children with autism, assisting in teaching yoga to children, and teaching free family yoga classes to individuals from toddler age to over 60. Naomi loves to share her passion and knowledge of yoga with her students in both Restorative, Prenatal Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow.
Justin Ifill

Justin Ifill, RYT 200 fell in love with yoga as soon as he started and has now been practicing for over six years. Following some of his inspirational teachers and mentors, he completed his teacher training at Laughing Lotus (Lotus Flow University) earlier in 2017.
Justin strives to help others help themselves, stay balanced, and love their breath! His classes are an uplifting, innovative and soulful journey — a practice steeped in the timeless traditions of yoga, infused with music and spiced with divine inspiration.
Jackie LaBarberra

Jackie LaBarbera earned her 200 hour RYT certificate in the tropical rainforests of Costa Rica, while attending the School Yoga Institute. Focusing on Vinyasa and Hatha, Jackie grew into her practice by cycling through the four stages of the Inca Medicine Wheel. Based on the four directions of the wind, the medicine wheel allows its practitioners to shed their former layers and are reborn at each stage. Influenced by Peruvian Shamanism, Jackie’s practice provides a uniquely spiritually driven experience. By day, Jackie is an Operations/Marketing Manager. She likes traveling, rock n roll, and pretzels. And enjoys bringing light and positive energy to where ever she goes, especially the studio.
